3L Foundation

Who:

The 3L Foundation is the charitable arm of the Nu Omicron Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. dedicated to the educational advancement of youth and young adults in Queens.  

What:

Through its 3L Foundation, the Nu Omicron Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. has awarded scholarships to graduating high school students for over 30 years. In 2019, they organized their first bus tour of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) for 35 students. Three of the participants began classes on an HBCU campus later that year while several others expressed an interest to apply and attend HBCUs.  

Our Impact:

The Osei Rubie Charitable Fund made a contribution of $3,500 towards their 23rd Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament which helped nine students offset the incurred costs of tuition, room and board, and books during their freshman year.
